Registration process at Electrabel.be

On the first of January 2007, the energy market of Brussels and Wallonia was deregulated – a major change that has forced Electrabel, which had previously been a monopoly, to provide better customer service in the face of new competion. Electrabel has thus asked us to review the usability of its site, especially the registration system, which allows the user to access personalized services. Thanks to recent Ajax technology, Emakina has divided the registration process into three distinct steps, and improved the interactivity of the site in order to better guide the user through the form. The advantage: more people registered on the site and more communication between customers and their supplier of gas and electricity.
